3. Inspection & Approval

4. Refund Method

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after confirmation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened, consumed, or partially used products.
  • Products reported after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Orders canceled after dispatch.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
